Job description : General Manager

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years management and marine trade experience
• In-depth knowledge of boatyard operations and marine industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
• Good Financial acumen
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
