Job description : Process Management Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement of the Management System (QMS/EMS/ISMS and other) and drafting of Documented Information.
- Maintain and update the Management System and ensure processes are updated.
- Support and set-up action plans with operational teams for implementation of the Management
- Plan and conduct Internal audit to determine Process Compliance
- Follow-up on action plan following audits.
- Prepare and present compliance status to Management.
- Provide Internal Training
- Assist the organisation in identifying and assessing potential risks to their core activities and business processes.
- Keep abreast of the local, international best practices and relevant laws.

Knowledge and Qualifications
- A Degree in Management or equivalent.
- Exposure to a similar working environment for at least 3-5
- Experience in the Implementation of Management System and ISO Certification
- Make use of a wide range of ICT Tools and Applications to automate Processes.
