Job description : Administrative Support
Duties & Requirements:
- handle telephone calls and relay messages
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist the HR department for recruitment, training, welfare activities, etc. and perform day-to-day administrative duties
- Provide supplies by identifying needs for all departments (reception, offices, kitchen, warehouse) and showrooms
- 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills and able ti prioritise
- Solutions-driven attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
