Job description : Administrative Support

Duties & Requirements:

  • handle telephone calls and relay messages
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist the HR department for recruitment, training, welfare activities, etc. and perform day-to-day administrative duties
  • Provide supplies by identifying needs for all departments (reception, offices, kitchen, warehouse) and showrooms
  • 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and able ti prioritise
  • Solutions-driven attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
