Job description : Head of Maintenance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and facilities.
• Ensure full utilization of the CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and documentation of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high availability and functionality of all production equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage the spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability and replenishment.
• Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of company facilities, including electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural features.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

PROFILE:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in electro-mechanics and industrial maintenance, with extensive hands-on approach.
• Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and task prioritization under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experienced in technical project work, machine installation, and commissioning.

OTHER REQUISITES:

• Full-time, on-site role at Duraco Ltd premises.
• Participation in a night and weekend on-call roster for emergency breakdowns.
• Occasional work during off-hours, weekends, or public holidays, depending on operational needs.
• Physical work involving inspection, repair, and manual handling of equipment.
