Job description : HR Executive
Role Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration,
- Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Sound understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
