Job description : HR Executive

Role Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration,
  • Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Sound understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
