Job description : Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our equipment, facilities and systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the maintenance of machinery, tools, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise productivity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma or degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
