Job description : Network Engineer

As part of our ongoing digital transformation journey, RAW IT Services Ltd, the IT arm of the Taylor Smith Group, is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

 

If you're passionate about networking, switching, firewalling, and cloud-managed infrastructure, this is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-site enterprise networks and contribute to the group’s transformation strategy.

 

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, configuring, and managing enterprise switching and firewall solutions
• Working with cloud-managed platforms such as Cisco Meraki (experience here is a strong advantage)
• Setting up and maintaining VLANs, routing, VPNs, and security policies
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring high availability & security
• Collaborating with our IT and cybersecurity teams to support our digital-first strategy

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in enterprise networking (switching + firewalling)
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-managed solutions (Meraki experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, VPNs, and firewall policies
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
