Job description : Process Management Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement of the Management System (QMS/EMS/ISMS and other) and drafting of Documented Information
  • Maintain and update the Management System and ensure processes are updated
  • Support and set-up action plans with operational teams for implementation of the Management
  • Plan and conduct Internal audit to determine Process Compliance
  • Follow-up on action plan following audits
  • Prepare and present compliance status to Management
  • Provide Internal Training
  • Assist the organisation in identifying and assessing potential risks to their core activities and business processes
  • Keep abreast of the local, international best practices and relevant laws

 

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Exposure to a similar working environment for at least 3-5 years
  • Experience in the Implementation of Management System and ISO Certification
  • Make use of a wide range of ICT Tools and Applications to automate Processes

  • Excellent Communication both verbal and written
  • Good Time Management Skills
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge in day-to-day Operations
  • Ability to adapt to evolving work environment

  • Teamwork: ability to work and collaborate with team members but work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and keep oneself posted about regulations updates
