Job description : Process Management Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement of the Management System (QMS/EMS/ISMS and other) and drafting of Documented Information
- Maintain and update the Management System and ensure processes are updated
- Support and set-up action plans with operational teams for implementation of the Management
- Plan and conduct Internal audit to determine Process Compliance
- Follow-up on action plan following audits
- Prepare and present compliance status to Management
- Provide Internal Training
- Assist the organisation in identifying and assessing potential risks to their core activities and business processes
- Keep abreast of the local, international best practices and relevant laws
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- A Degree in Management or equivalent
- Exposure to a similar working environment for at least 3-5 years
- Experience in the Implementation of Management System and ISO Certification
- Make use of a wide range of ICT Tools and Applications to automate Processes

- Detailed and Result Oriented
- Excellent Communication both verbal and written
- Good Time Management Skills
- Ability to apply technical knowledge in day-to-day Operations
- Ability to adapt to evolving work environment

- Teamwork: ability to work and collaborate with team members but work independently
- Eagerness to learn and keep oneself posted about regulations updates
