Job description : Quality Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Quality Controller, your role will include:

• Inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating production processes to identify and address deviations or defects.
• Conducting regular quality audits and implementing corrective measures to improve processes.
• Preparing comprehensive quality reports and recommending improvements where necessary.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations within the workplace.
• Collaborating with production teams to maintain consistent product standards and meet customer expectations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Quality Controller or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• A Diploma or Degree in Quality Assurance, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and techniques.
