Job description : Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive impression of Duraco Ltée.
- Maintain records and assist with other clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HSC Holder
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
