Job description : Sales Representative
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new customers through outdoor sales activities such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Grow the client database.
- Weekly and monthly sales report
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or any related field.
- Experience in warehousing sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics.
- Customer service orientated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Good soft skills, including ability to create and sustain relationship with clients.
- Computer literate with Microsoft application such as word, excel, etc.
- Able to work under pressure.
