Job description : Storekeeper

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and acountable for the daily stock movements in and out of various warehouses.
  • Track, reconcile, and maintain records of all inventory transactions.
  • Verify that the correct products and quantities are accurately checked and dispatched as per sales documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes).
  • Receive incoming products and confirm their accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Prepare goods for daily deliveries in line with organizational requirements.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products, including their codes, specifications, and details.
  • Maintain precise inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Keep the storage areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Safely store materials in designated locations to ensure proper organization and easy accessibility.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
