Job description : Sustainability Coordinator

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Sustainability Manager in daily operations and sustainability projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the company's sustainability performance and recommend actions.
• Build relationships with environmental NGOs, recyclers, and upcyclers to develop collaborative initiatives.
• Coordinate sustainability programs across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Work with the Marketing team to communicate sustainability initiatives internally and on social media.
• Help collect, monitor, and report sustainability KPIs and performance indicators.

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of sustainability, environmental management, or corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Data collection, reporting, and KPI monitoring capabilities.
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities.

 

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related technical field in Circularity, Inclusivity
• 2 years’ experience in sustainability or related fields, with exposure to project execution and/or operations
• Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
